CubeGroup did not start as a group. CubeMC was first — a software-defined AV platform built when nobody in the multi-site retail and hospitality market was running AV that way. Audio, signage, paging and control, managed as software, deployed across estates that used to need a van and an engineer on every site.
Once the platform was live, the customer environment above it started revealing itself. The music playing in the spaces was being picked at random by store managers. We stood up RevMusic to give multi-location brands actual music direction — not a playlist subscription, a sound.
Then the phone. Every customer channel a brand has is owned by the people accountable for customer experience — except the one that rings. We created CARMA as the modern brand for that work: hold, IVR, voicemail, after-hours, queue announcements, voice agents. Every automated moment on every call.
Choice Catalyst came last. Once the audio, signage and phone surfaces were running together, the question stopped being how to deliver them and became how to design them for the part of the brain that actually decides. We built Choice Catalyst because no partner could do that work specifically against an AV surface. It coined AV Behaviour Engineering. It now sits across all three of the operating companies.
Today the four companies serve more than twenty thousand customer-facing environments across multi-site retail, hospitality, healthcare, fitness and wellness. The longest deployments have been live for more than a decade.
